The Platter Collective. I'm not your typical business owner – I wear many hats and thrive on socialising and new experiences.
I’m always on the lookout for fresh opportunities to connect with people or to see what talent is around for my own amusement.
 

My love for food, culture, nature, and travel has shaped a rewarding lifestyle where I can indulge in my passions. 
 

After spending the past twenty years in Melbourne as a florist and cafe owner, I've returned to New Zealand, eager to explore new avenues through my business.
 

In my downtime, you'll catch me tending to my ever-expanding collection of plants or experimenting with flavours in the kitchen. With my teenage son in the house, nothing I create goes to waste, and his brutally honest feedback keeps me on my toes. 
 

I've got a slew of creative outlets, not all of them successful – from painting and sewing to renovating and even recently trying my hand at clay building. Most activities are an excuse to make a mess, but they provide the perfect balance for those moments when my OCD kicks in, and I embark on a cleaning and house-rearranging frenzy.
 

In everything I do, my passion and purpose come together to create something special.
